The Revenue Department/Deputy Commissioner Office, Khushab (BOR) is inviting applications for the position of Junior Clerk (BS-11) on a regular basis. Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Higher Secondary School Certificate (2nd division) from a recognized board.
  • Typing Speed:
  • Minimum of 25 words per minute in English typing on a computer.
  • Computer Proficiency:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office or other compatible office applications.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in computer skills.

Age Limit

  • Male: 18–30 years (including 5 years of age relaxation).
  • Female: 18–33 years (including 8 years of age relaxation).
  • Transgender: Age and sex will be determined based on CNIC details.

Domicile

  • Candidates must have a domicile from District Khushab.

Gender

  • Open to Male, Female, and Transgender individuals.

Place of Posting

  • District Khushab.

Selection Process

Written Test

  • Format: One paper of MCQ type.
  • Duration: 90 minutes.
  • Total Marks: 100.

Syllabus

  • General Ability (80%)
  • General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, and Everyday Science.
  • MS Office and Computer Skills (20%)

Note

  • Candidates who qualify the General Ability Test will be called for an English Typing and Proficiency Test.

Special Notes

  • Preference for Children of BOR Employees:
  • Posts from BS-1 to BS-11, including Junior Clerk and Patwari, are reserved for children of government servants in BOR who are either serving or retired.
  • Open Merit Recruitment:
  • If no eligible candidates are available for the reserved quota, the post will be filled through direct recruitment.

  • Enter your CNIC Number and click the “Proceed” Button

  • Enter Email Address, Mobile Number, click the “Proceed” Button and Verify your Email Address
  • and Mobile Number at the next page.
  • Enter your details i.e. Date of Birth, Gender, Employment Type, Disability Status, Armed Person
  • Status etc. and click the “Proceed” button.
  • Enter all the details in the Personal Information Section and click the “Save Information” button.
  • Click the “Proceed” button to proceed your application.

Fee Payment

Your Payment System Identifier Number (PSID) will be generated by the system. Pay the requisite
fee for the post as per instructions given in the “EPay User Manual” .

Images Uploading

Upload your latest photograph and CNIC (Front) Image. Please note that maximum size of the
image should be less than 25KB size.

Qualifications

Add your qualification details and click the “Save Information” button.

Service Record (if Applicable)

Add your service record (If applicable) and click the “Save Information” button.

Final Submission

  • If you have provided all the required information, “Submit Application” button will be enabled.
    Click the button to go to the Application Submission Page. At the Application Submission Page,
    read the undertaking, select the undertaking checkbox and click “Submit Application” button.
  • Finally, you’ll get an Application Number, which shows that you have successfully submitted the application. You will also get intimation of Application Submission and Token Number (For Editing / Printing of your application) through Email and SMS
